- Arun Cherrybrook Added November 24, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately, I don't have any comments on the products as I had to return the bread due the rude behaviour of sales person/owner of the shop. For a few dollars of confusion she yelled at my wife. When I came to back her up and asked for the CCTV, she yelled at me too.
When I questioned about her "customer service", she clearly said "I don't care about you..I have other customers". As it was the evening and we had to rush to pick up our daughter from school, I decided to return the bread and not asking for any refunds. She advised me to throw the bread in the rubbish which I did not agree.
Our first experience makes that as a last visit to the shop. The owners are very friendly, and we go there a few times a week to get our freshly baked bread.
