- Emily Tsang Added November 07, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid if you care about such precarious things like aesthetics and vanity. Went there for a "quick" trim as I was growing out my hair and just needed some maintenance; thought how hard can it be. Turns out not everyone graduate with honours at hairdressing school, in this case I must have gotten a drop out. Hair looked worse than before I went into that shop, notwithstanding the fact that she failed to blow dry my hair properly so I came out with hair pieces falling out of my head and wet hair limp on one side. Had no style even though I was charged on "re style" rates, though if you call shaggy dog a style then I must concede.
The only good thing about the place is how unfriendly it looks and the horrible customer service, so as to ward off future unsuspecting customers. Too bad I was unawares and curious (given that it's like a long standing institution at Cherrybrook shops). Not the gem of cherrybrook that's for sure.
